The workshop and conference of chief welding engineers took place on the 2th of December in the conference hall of the «Oktyabrskaya»-Hotel in Yekaterinburg, ul. Sofyi Kovalevskoy, 17. On the conference were discussed the modern welding technologies ant their development trends, the state of welding equipment, based on materials of the XVII International Welding Fair «Schweissen and Schneiden» (September, 2009, Essen, Germany). There was organized «round table» involving representatives of the Ural Rosthekhnadzor Dapartment and of NAKS in order to discuss live issues about certification of the welding engineering components at conditions of «Act Concerning Technical Regulation».
